Never buying from here again! Product never arrived not seller fault but they couldn’t process a refund instead sending out a new one, I waited two days and nothing to be told a new one was never sent out they were processing a refund instead and how I miscommunicated when they weren’t clear

I’m afraid this was a big disappointment. I bought 3, one for me and the other 2 as Christmas gifts but they will have to go back. It’s a bit like heated tongs with bristles. I have good thick hair that curls easily but I definitely didn’t get the big results the demonstrators got on TikTok. Sorry
