Not used the heated side of this airer yet but holds quite a bit of washing & allows it to dry without creases
Arrived in a timely fashion
Only issue was when putting together are can be a tad confusing & does need some weight being you to put it together

never received the item as it was posted to the wrong address, I provided the proof and the information to the seller and have said that they aren’t doing anything as apparently there manager said it’s been delivered to the correct address when it’s been proven to them it hasn’t.
