box came batterd and unpresentable had to put into another box as was a gift looks like it had been opened before ? the product itself is very good just a same about the box

It came with other things in a bag and got wet so I’m trying to let it dry out before I use it it was for a gift and now the packaging is wet so not happy

The product is not the one was on advert. One of the cheapest item without power doesn't even properly vacuum. The one shown on advert is totally different. This one is very tiny and small. Waste of money.

Poor , 8-10mim work for 3h charge it would be better to install regular batteries than poor quality 1st generation ones Waste time if you order from my opinion.

I received my vacuum cleaner charged it up turned it on it rattled and smoked smelt like burning motor

Wrong item sent. For some reason I received an empty bottle of aftershave. Not happy

The dust attachment and container keep getting disconnected while hoovering, resulting in all the rubbish getting dumped on whatever you’re trying to clean and the battery is so bad that it dies in less than 5 minutes, waste of money

I like it very different from what I thought it was going to be it is small can go in just two case it it like a travellers kit I think it's really great day for intent you spilled power down on your table the backho pitched crumbs you can instantly stuck it up and you know what up you can use it

A real shame, not all parts were included in the delivery of this mini vacuum.There is a difference between what's on the box and the contents. Totally disappointed if that's how you understand doing business.

Box and item damaged and I have disabilities so can't get out can som3one pick up as item doesn't work and iv paid for it I don't have money to waste I'm a single mum my son also has disabilities hence why it's harder to get out

Very small, okay suction but keeps falling apart when it’s meant to click into place it doesn’t fully lock so when you hoover the head falls off And it gives out a burning smell
