Great price compared to other steamers. Does the job effectively. One attachment came broken and the seller sent a replacement quickly! I would recommend that if you don't want to invest in something expensive this does the same job at an eighth of the price! I would definitely recommend!

Arrived quickly, packed very well. I have had a look at it but not used it yet. I would have paid more for a larger tank as this one only gives you 10 minutes of cleaning and maybe could have had a few more upholstery clothes. Looking forward to using it soon.

Received steamer 2 days ago thought I would have a go today half way through steaming kitchen tiles it stops working I unplug try to take cap off not coming off whilst unplugged the whole thing is still getting hotter to touch

It's great for small things and car mats my airfryer came up brand n
ew. However if I wanted to do my mattress it would take me forever as u can only put little water in then to fill it bk up you need to wait at least 20 mins to take top of and refil. So yeah great for small things just not huge

Small tank, find it hard to use after I attach long nozzle adaptor.
I have to use one hand to hold long nozzle and other to keep on button pressing down to release steam.
Would be good if steam button can be switched on and off.
Not good for some one like me as I have to ask for help .

I was spectacular to get it as I saw lots of low rating but i disagree as yes it might have a small funnel to put water and takes 3-5 minutes to heat up as is shows amber. Love this used it so far on my doors, cooker and my beanbag. It’s amazing to get tough stains off, long time use.
