Works really well delivered on time used it on a patch of carpet not sure if you can see in the photos but there’s a clear difference after I used it definitely worth the price and I do recommend it

Very upset , got mine today and it did not work ,the vacuum was filthy and covered in dog hair and carpet no liquid would spray out and did not suck anything up instead all it done was make an extremely loud noise and and blows out air will never be purchasing of this company again

Awful product, the clean water tank won't secure on so I have to be careful it doesn't fall off, it's big and bulky so it's hard to maneuver. Don't believe every video you see on tik tok.

I was not happy due to being at work the deliver courier had left it outside it had been raining and my box had dipped and ripped. I’m not happy at all. I haven’t checked if the carpet cleaner works due to getting wet through.

I was really excited to try this out. Unfortunately, the item is defective and leaks near the wiring area and from the inside, so is high risk of electrocution. So disappointed!

Design：Im not satisfied with how the bristles where squashed at one side,you can tell its not been packaged well and I know it's not going to work as it should,the bristles help bring the durt out the carpet so I would let some help on if I should get a new one sent as I've payed the money for this ??

I have to admit when I first seen this I thought another one that’s not good but I take back my words , I’m amazed it’s really good I absolutely love it photos of a mark I couldn’t get off scrubbing it one go with this cleaner and it’s up straight away would highly recommended to anyone and everyone

It’s okay for what you pay. The disadvantages of this carpet cleaner is it heats up very fast and leaves your hands sore after using it. The spray isn’t that good so I use a spray bottle and then use the suction on the carpet cleaner. My carpets not been cleaned for 4 years ! Definitely needed this.

Ruined my sofa. Brand new out the box read all the instructions carefully and it left huge black streaks all over my sofa which I now can't get off. You could run a cloth along the product and the black plastic coating was coming off. From part of unit also fell off repeatedly no matter what.

Quick delivery 3 days, Ordered Tuesday arrived today. Been desperate for something cheap to be able to deep clean a cream carpet in my house instead of replacing it and this works so well I was really unsure but super happy with the results. Here’s the before and after of how it’s worked so far ☺️
