This burnt my skin on the first use. You need to be extremely careful using it as it doesn’t have both ends as plastic. But the customer service was very very helpful and kinda. It’s a useful product but please be careful or do not increase heat too much as it get really hot

This is a genius contraption. Gone are the days when you had to take 2 electricals on holiday. So
