Black Milk's origins as a cereal café have always led us to dream of one day creating our own. So when we met Yockenthwaite Farm and tasted their delicious biscuity granola, we knew that our Pistachio Cream would be a match made in heaven for this highly acclaimed cereal!

Hailing from a small hamlet of the same name deep in the Yorkshire Dales, the Hird family has farmed Yockenthwaite Farm since 1842 and they know a thing about a hard day's work and just what's needed to fuel it.

They started making their own special recipe granola in 2004 for guests staying at their farmhouse BB, and what started as a diversification to support the farm has become a great passion.

Our passion and knowledge of desserts cereals bring a different dimension, meaning that when our Pistachio Cream is carefully blended into Yockenthwaite's secret recipe, we think the result is amazing; a wonderfully nutty granola, that's full of pistachio flavour, chocolate and crunch.
