This version depicts the immortal volley scored by super sub Geoff Horsfield on the final nail biting day of the Premier League season 2004/05. The Baggies started the day rooted to the bottom of the league table. However West Brom were the only side in the bottom four to win and finished one point clear of the relegation places.
On a tense afternoon Horsfield opened the scoring in the 58th minute with a fantastic volley which flashed under the Pompey goalkeeper. Kieran Richardson then added a second in the 75th minute to secure a 2-0 home win. Albion become the first team in Premiership history to avoid the drop having been bottom at Christmas.
The title of the book "The Great Escape" is how the famous final game of the 2004/05 season is remembered at the Hawthorns.
