Suction is crazy powerful but the problem is...you can't push it on carpet at all...it needs wheels or something...it sucks to the carpet and won't budge

I’m not sure how you are supposed to use it the suction is good but so hard to use the head don’t move properly disappointed to be honest.

I am sorry to have to write this as I was really looking forward to this vac, BUT. It is quite difficult to push the brush on the carpet. EVERY time I go to touch the metal tube to adjust its' length I get zapped! And after the first use my thumb felt like it was electrically burner. NOT SAFE.
