Honestly I am so impressed with this. Bought for my 8 year old footy mad son. There is so much from word searches to colouring in to educational activities! Really quick delivery. Excellent value for money. I’d definitely be looking at the different options for travel etc for holidays.

What's in the Football Activity Pack?
Your child will:

•Find out about their favourite players and where they come from
•Design a football kit, team crest and ball
•Create their own football board game
•Build maths skills with 'shots on target' and 'formation strategy' activities
•Make a papercraft football (truncated icosahedron)
•Create football themed snacks including sushi and cookies
•Explore the history of the World Cup and football itself
•Be inspired to write with picture prompts, an article about their team's success and by sending an email to their team's manager
•Ask questions such as "do players earn too much?" and "should football clubs be owned and run by their supporters?"
•Enjoy word searches, mazes and themed colouring pages

What age is the Football Activity Pack suitable for?
Our age recommendation for this pack is approximately 8-15 years. However, we always say that ability is very subjective; what will be right for one child won’t necessarily be right for another of the same age. It may well be suitable for younger or older children depending on how enthusiastic they are about the theme and activities. The tasks can be completed to your child’s own level.
The tasks can be completed to your child’s own level. We would expect older/more able children to work mostly independently, in more depth and with the option of extending activities with follow-on tasks and research. Younger children may record responses as pictures rather than words. They may respond verbally and have answers scribed for them or work as part of a team with an adult. Our packs are designed to be accessible to a large age range.
For example, A 14 year old may produce a complex response to a Lego challenge, independently solve numeracy puzzles, really go to town on the STEM tasks and take their self-led projects and science investigations to a much deeper level than a younger child. It is important to remember that our activity packs are not meant to mirror what a child has been doing in school, but are instead meant to engage them, spark their love of learning and most of all be FUN. Our own children (aged 7-14) have loved testing out these activities.
Do I need anything else?
Some of our activities require resources that you may not have readily at home but can be purchased inexpensively online or at the supermarket.
Is the Football Activity Pack a book or pdf file?
This product is a A4 hard copy. The print quality of the hard copies is far superior to a home printer and they are professionally bound with thick, wipe-clean covers (paper 120gsm and covers 350gsm).
Anything else I need to know?
Some of the activities in this pack may require the use of scissors, knives and hot cooking equipment so please ensure children are supervised appropriately.
This educational resource is not a toy. It is not suitable for children under 36 months old. It should be used under adult supervision at all times.
