I have used these once so far and they helped my sleep a lot better, will definitely use these mire often during the night only down fall there aren't any instructions which would be helpful

These really do work, I had a great nights sleep and feel better in the morning than usual. I did waste a couple trying to figure out how to apply them as they don’t come with any instructions

Soo much black sticky residue was on the pads when I took them off. I don’t know exactly what the product is doing but I noticed I slept well when using them. Some people say repeated use produces less black residue over time, so there must be some cleansing/detoxing effect happening

They didn’t stick to my feet after 20 seconds and rolled up into a tiny piece of sticky tape, hanging off my sole. I was really looking forward to the effects and I couldn’t even get them to stick. I won’t bother buying them again.
