The product itself is really sweet, good value and is a perfect stocking filler and good quality hence 5 stars, BUT it was packaged really poorly with one piece of tape and the box was all squashed, the item inside had not been covered and was just slung in the box and is a bit scratched

I received the Tupperware and it was broken (perhaps in transit), fine, I request a refund and return the item. The seller put the wrong return address on the return QR code so it eventually got sent back to me, and now I’m stuck in limbo with some broken boxes and no one issuing me a refund…
