Come defrosted I tried calling and they said we call u back witch the didn’t same with previous orderes had to throught out 3 packs as they was totally defrosted and same this order had to throw out five off them as the was totally defrost on the others was partly defrosted

I couldn’t find anywhere to be able to message you but I was a little disappointed as you only sent 1 venison in my order last time and none this time I know I asked for no chicken beef or tripe but I didn’t put no venison, my dogs are quite upset bless them

This seems different to the other raw I’ve tried but different in a good way

Was starting to thaw out by the time of delivery
