Treadmill is brilliant but to put the handle down this was not fitted properly so could not fold it down . This is due to the part not being put in straight as it was stripped at the tip . was a bit disappointing as this should not of happened

The treadmill is very sturdy, quality is better than expected, but the only issue is the noise, it’s not to loud but Yh it’s a bit loud. Great for its price and packed with features.

AVOID AVOID AVOID box was damaged also the treadmill was damaged the belt got dints in it wanted to return but they want us to pay for the return no email address or contact details only address to send it back disgusting very very upset do not buy this product 😢 😕 😞

Difficult to set up even when following the instruction manual and it’s VERY heavy to move around so not as convenient as I’d hoped, however nice bit of kit for the price. Seems to require quite a lot of maintenance according to the manual also, so hoping it doesn’t break on me!

So far it’s great, only gripe is the runner keeps sliding to one side even after I loosen the side needed a bit then letting it run to align but apart from that it’s fantastic and already been well used in this house hold. If your thinking about getting one I wouldn’t think just invest it’s worth it

Iv had mine just over a week now and I love it , iv not figured out the blue tooth yet but that's me lol. Only 2 things I would say is that the power cord is not tight fitting .also be careful not to touch the knobs under the handles. Can get a slight shock ! Maybe a fault on mine
