Very happy with this treadmill. Well built and sturdy for walking on certainly - I have not yet passed speed 6 (of 12!), which for me is quite a fast walk / slow jog. Tray is secure and my phone sits in the cutout nicely. You can hear it while moving but not loud at all.
Note it is not lightweight!
