Parcel was not delivered I have contacted EVRI as it says it was left on the porch I live in a flat and have checked everywhere and the parcel is not here also my son was in all day and no one pressed our buzzer Can you help please?

Stopped working so tried to charge it and couldn't get it to charge. So worked for 20 mins then that's it, very disappointing and sad for my son.
