Shocking customer service from this shop, I messaged to let them know that they had sent me the wrong item from what I had ordered and they then asked if a 50% refund was okay and I keep the item I had got
Which I said no to as the order I had bought was for a birthday present and wanted what I had ordered I asked if they could just send me the item I had ordered and no refund to which I got no reply, multiple messages later and still no reply
