What a bargain 2nd time ordering took few days

Got sent Ariel instead of fairy non bio, I don’t know how you get this so wrong….

Tried to request a refund or get another sent out as I ordered 240 Pods and only received 120 in a Box. Can't seem to contact anyone regarding this and it's the first time it's happened so hoping it's an error.

Avoid! Just the warmer and spatula arrived, no wax, spatulas, or anything else included! The lid was damaged with a crack, and it didn’t even fit the warming pot properly. The warming pot was used with someone else’s hairy wax inside, yuck, it was in an absolutely disgusting state!

Came with a cracked lid, it's very flimsy not good quality it's cheaply made and it shows! I'm not sure what everyone is raving about

Excellent value but my only concern was that I ordered other things which delivered straight away. This was always saying not even shipped then all of a sudden I got a notification saying it’s being delivered? Luckily my misses was in. Better communication would be needed but still worth the price.
