Was looking forward to these products but very disappointed with delay first on delivery and then came left at the door packaging ripped soggy wet inside as 2 bottles had been leaking

Parcel Delivered damaged as when I opened It was leaking. tried to contact fabulosa chat center no reply yet. TikTok asked me to send the parcel back For a refund, but how can I send a leaking product back?

Absaloutley foaming delivery man just dropped over fence so bottles leaking damaged box and stacked invoice very disappointed then my time to return as need to find a box big enough to fit them all in

Great buy I was worried about leakage because of a lot of bad reviews but was packaged well and no leaks! I think a lot of what people think is a leak is just condensation from the bag being tied and maybe a bit of evaporation well worth the money I bought 2 bundles so will last a while

Delivery time great, products great smell gorgeous only issue is I could smell them before I got in the house because the packaging was damaged in transit which has caused 3 of the 6 bottles to partially leak.

Item arrived completely soaked and box damaged. Will save myself the hassle and just carry on buying from Home bargains 🤦🏻‍♀️

Everything was burst open , it's not giving me options for refund only return , how can you return something that's all burst open even the packaging is soaking!?

Everything was received within the order but I could smell and see the leak from outside the box, box was damaged to. The products inside smell divine, sad to have lost a quarter of the liquid to the packaging/delivery war. No point in sending and lugging all this to post office for £7.99 cbb.

Arrived left on doorstep with box torn and bottle open soaking the bottom of box i want to return but box is badly damaged as you can see am very disappointed the bottom and top arrived like this😫

Good product but all the items had leaked when they arrived. Not great as liquid was sat in the bottom of the bag.

Packs was opened. Product leaked everywhere. Box was also wet and damaged. Wipes no use . Saw a review previously saying this has happened to them too but I thought it was just bad luck. However, this has happened to me too . Can’t use 3 products from the pack as it was empty

Very disappointed that one the items was quite full and the bag all the items came in was soaked with the fresh breeze :(
