First time used worked great so looked forward to using again however charged and it failed to work !!! Very disappointed

Worked about 5mins then stopped, have had it on charge over night thinking it needed recharged but nothing it won't swith on, useless and not worth the hassle of sending back as postage is to much, defo worth staying back from and can't find a contact to email or call, give it a miss....
