I used to pay £28 at the salon monthly to get my feet done. My cracked heels and feet were so bad they've ripped the fabric on my sofa & all my socks. It does the job extremely well.

Crystals are chipped at the top of roller and hurt when in contact with the skin. Poduct hasn’t been tested as yet however there are already some scratches on the product handle and residue on the roller itself. Packaging did come opened from the top and damaged at the bottom. Could I get a refund?

Product was used because when I opened it has already dead skin follicles which u can clearly see in the picture and not even on the scrubber even on the cap as well so not happy with the customer service I think they sent without checking and it comes like this open
