Calvin Klein launched Man by Calvin Klein in 2007 as a woody spicy fragrance for men. The fragrance represents as very masculine and sexy for the iconic man. Man by Calvin Klein opens up with fresh wave of rosemary and violet leaf with citrus zingy of mandarin orange and bergamot. It then moves onto a spicy blend of bay leaf, incense and nutmeg with a refreshing sparkling mint. It then finishes the fragrance with intense base of cypress, guaiac wood, sandalwood, musk and amber. The notes behind the fragrance were created by Ann Gottlieb. Top notes: Violet leaf, rosemary, mandarin orange and bergamot. Heart notes: Bay leaf, incense, nutmeg and mint. Base notes: Cypress, guaiac wood, sandalwood, musk and amber.
