Making Sea Moss Gel
Ingredients:
Dried Sea Moss (Irish Moss) Sauce Pan / Pot of Water 1250ml
Directions: Soak the dried sea moss 100g (Irish Moss) in water for 15 minutes
Fill a pot or saucepan with fresh water 1250ml and add sea moss
Cover and heat (do not boil) for 20-25 minutes
The sea moss (Irish Moss) will soften and the water will thicken. Stir occasionally Remove from heat, allow contents to cool and place in refrigerator to gel
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on a suitable setting until sea moss is finely chopped
Serve in hot drinks, chilled or over ice
