The size given is the WIDTH of the cutter from the left edge to the right, when positioned with the widest point going left to right. Please allow for the border/edging of the cutter when looking at sizing.

The bar across the top is a support bar, and wont sure in the imprint of the shape.

If using for baking - to make the popping out of the dough easier make sure you coat the cutter in flour or icing sugar.
