Customer service is really nice and arrived all good and quite quick! Not a review of the shop at all but just something be aware of is the yarn does tend to split at the end when cut so I've been tying the ends to prevent threading :)

I rated it 5* as it's a nice yarn but the only downside is , i received the wrong colour (ordered #22 but received #26) but I'm still keeping it for a different project. This is my second purchase ☺️. Hopefully I'll get the right colour next time.
