Received items today. Checked them and one of the boxes had 1 item in and the other is empty! Luckily I checked it before Christmas!! Never buying from Plouise again!!

2nd one I’ve had to return,this arrived crushed again&this time it didn’t even have the plastic inner part to put the juice boxes in.Stunned they’re still being sent out in grey bags with no protection.Absolute joke.Should be embarrassed charging £12 for a crushed torn empty box with no inner part

I have bought so much Plouise&always happy,unfortunately this came crushed in many places&I was so disappointed as I have 6 bad b’s ready to go inside.I sent back through TikTok shop&got very fast refund with no issue.I really want to order another but I’m worried it’ll arrive the same condition.

It is an empty box with plastic holders to buy the product separately but it did come with a “free” orange flavoured fruity fix setting spray. Over all DONT buy this it is a scam and waste of money.
