The mats are very cooling. Not sure I can use it in my pillow case as it does slip around a lot because I have to sleep in an upright position. But it can be used for a few things so I’ll definitely still put it to good use!

These gel pads are so much better than the Amazon one worth getting on tiktok. It is really cold and more thick so keeps your legs really comfortable.
