The Masonry Screws are a trade favorite fixing that is suitable for a wide range of applications. These screws are designed to be screwed directly into Masonry and brickwork Concrete, and they cut their own thread directly into pre-drilled 6-6.5mm pilot hole, without the need for plugs. The serrated screw thread helps the screw to be able to cut its own thread into the masonry, which allows for them to be removed and re-used again.
These screws are manufactured to such a high quality and use the Torx - T 30 drive bit which is included in each pack of 10, 20, and 100 screws. The T30 Head gives a great looking end product along side the yellow zinc finish that the screws come in. Super easy to use - requiring just a 6mm pilot hole to be pre-drilled before inserting the screws & using the supplied Torx T - 30 bit drive the screw into bricks, natural stone, solid or perforated bricks, hollow blocks, Standard concrete (not dense products like granite waste) etc.
The Masonry Screws are suitable for fixing upvc or timber windows, door, and conservatory's, timber battens and gates to concrete or brick posts, facades even skirting boards and repair work where plugs cant get a suitable fix. Unlike plugs, these fixings are usable close to the edge of masonry as they don't expand which means less break-out, less problems which means less hassle.
