I love the cards as I have severe mental health issues and do have cards I use with my name and contact for next of kin but these are great they fit in you pockets I have episodes where I won't speak to someone for days these cards help me tell people how much help I need

his three piece card set explains that the holder of the cards may require additional help and support due to their medical conditions or simply just need space. They allow the holder to explain their needs in a simple and quick format for others to understand.
The card is laminated to make it water resistant and has the measurements of around 10cm long and 6.5cm down, this makes it just ever so slightly larger than your standard debit card.
