I order this and I was paid for 2 x collagen packs and it was supposed to come with a best sellers pack what I received was 1 x collagen & 1 x best seller pack extremely disappointing as you can see clearly from the shipping label there is no way it could have contained the order placed.

I ordered two pack of collagen gold and only received one pack with my order. After sending the seller three pictures of my order the seller would not send me another pack. I’ve taken this up with TikTok, they have offered me £4! I’m absolutely furious. Do not buy from this seller, scammers!

Terrible. Only got one bag of collagen and not the two. And TT said it was the sellers responsibility. Yet the seller is a chat bot that says will send another out tomorrow as should of been included only reason I brought it. Loads didn't get the two. If not I will go though my bank to get a refund.
