Our natural sea salt is unrefined and full of naturally occurring minerals and a richer flavour than table salt. We don’t add any additives or anti caking agents to our natural sea salt to ensure that it is as pure as possible.

Using this salt enhances the flavour of the food rather than making the dish salty, unrefined natural sea salt is full of minerals and a richer flavour than table salt without any additives or anti caking agents. Add to cooking and baking to season and enhance the natural flavours in the dish. Alternatively it can be used in the same way as table salt but with a fuller flavour.
