Our rich Chinese 5 Spice is a beautiful blend of fennel, cinnamon, star anise, black pepper & cloves. Even though this is an absolute essential ingredient in Chinese cuisine, it’s versatile enough to cross over into different foods.
Add 1 tsp to a pinch of sea-salt & rub all over duck, pork or chicken before roasting or add to stir fries for an incredible flavour.
You can also add 1-2 tsp to a dash of honey, sweet chilli sauce & soy sauce (loosen with 1 tsp of water if needed) for a beautiful glaze - drizzle over wings or ribs for the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Use sparingly!
