I wasn’t sure this would live up to Simon’s hype but it really does! Intense heat with a good flavour. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who are very spice intolerant, but everyone else should definitely try it! A small amount goes a long way, so great for oomphing up other condiments & sauces.
