Very nice . I made authentic tacos with the black sheep cheese which is very tasty ., If you like Brie you would like the gold ! You can taste the cider too.. The apricot, I was surprised that it tasted not too sweet & had a nice cheddar taste. All their cheese are really tasty ! Thank you .
