The suitcases came well packaged,wasn’t damaged in any way which I liked I wasn’t sure if it was meant to come with a key for the pad lock bit but I wasn’t fussed about it tbh because it locks anyways one things is it doesn’t have a zip which I was unaware about but overall I love it
