Was sent a completely different cardigan and this was the 3rd time. Was sent the wrong size from the petite range twice I stupidly kept and gave away the first green one to be nice to the seller wish I hadn't now as I never got the cardigan I waited so long for in the end.

Was sent the wrong size from the petite range even though the seller assured me I would not receive this again after getting it wrong with the green one so I returned it. It was on pre order and only kept the order as I was told it would be the correct fit this time.

Excuse me!! You just didn't want me to be honest I also have all the messages I kept the green one even though it was the wrong size I was more than patient being sent the wrong size twice wrong product entirely on the 3rd time and you didn't do anything other than tell me to return it again.

Was sent the wrong size after watching a live and being told it would come oversized and long I got a fitted shorter one seller apologied but then it happened again with a pre order black one and then 3rd time got sent a completely different one from what I ordered not happy at all.
