•Water: Water consistently when the top inch of soil dries out. Don't let it sit in soggy soil, as this can lead to root rot. Use filtered or rainwater whenever possible to avoid brown leaf edges.
•Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity. Regular misting, a pebble tray filled with water, or a humidifier are all helpful. Grouping your Calathea orbifolia with other humidity-loving plants can also create a beneficial microclimate.
