Sizing not quite accurate (see other review for the grey), bought for barefoot shoes, these insoles aren't fully flat but have less of a heel rise than some insoles that come with barefoot shoes so not too bad. Bought too large deliberately then trimmed the tapered toe end.

Pretty good, smaller than stated on size chart for this size, by about 1cm. As I had bought them deliberately large to trim down this wasn't a problem for me. Slight heel rise but nothing major.
