Bit of a weird taste at first ( cookies and cream ) need to try the rest now
But nothing nasty - it’s just the protein content.
Keeps you fuller for longer - and rather pleasant once you’ve got used to the taste

Ordered the box of six flavours and was accidentally sent 2 of the cinnamon instead of a frosted so they sent out a frosted seperate and came within a few days. Very good service.

A mix pack of all 6 flavours - Cocoa, Cinnamon, Frosted, Peanut Butter, Caramelised Biscuit and Cookies & Cream.
Each bowl contains up to 14g protein, 6-8g net carbs, 139-154 calories and 0g sugar per serving – so good it’s hard to believe its (sur)real.
We appreciate we're more expensive than traditional cereals but we're not made of the same stuff...
We use high-quality ingredients, we avoid cheap sugar and we're packed with protein.
Nutritionally we're much closer to a protein bar but around 3x cheaper!
