The CT5150 features eight colour-coded blades that quickly measure wear and determine the remaining life of brake pad linings. The offset blade is easily inserted between the brake disc and brake pad backing plate, making it easy to assess the thickness of your brake pads. The eight blades are conveniently marked in both metric and imperial units, making it easy to switch between measurements. With red indicating that the pads need to be replaced immediately, yellow indicating that replacement is needed soon, and green indicating that they are okay for continued use
