The boltless galvanized shelving unit is sturdy and looks great. The instructions are unclear, but after the first assembly, the rest are much quicker. Strong and recommended.

Product Feature:
Our JX Branded Boltless Shelving Range can hold a massive 175KG per shelf when evenly loaded, that's a huge 875KG per rack.
Each rack is manufactured to our design and specification using a steel frame with rolled edge legs for extra strength, Beam ties under each shelf level to give extra support to each shelf and 4mm(Small Size ) and 5mm (Standard up Size) thick FSC Certified MDF boards to help spread the load across the frame with our bowing or sagging.
All our shelves are boltless and can be assembled in minutes using just a rubber mallet, no more nuts and bolts to mess on with during assembly.
The powder coated finish on the steel gives a professional look that suits many environments from garages, sheds and workshops, to stock rooms, warehouses and offices.
If you are using your shelving in an area of high damp or humidity, or if there's a chance that they might become wet, then you should paint or varnish your MDF boards with any oil-based wood finish product to add further protection. Ensuring use in a ventilated area is also recommended.
