This bolster is packed with filling which helps to fully supports my neck and back areas. It is just what I needed when I want to sit or read in bed..so very comfortable. I have not tried to sleep on it.

I have been looking for a comfy 4ft pillow for camping and car camping and this one is perfect.
It’s a great fit in the car and extremely comfortable. I had a great nights sleep when I first used it and every night after that.
I will be getting one for my normal bed too.
