Arrived very quickly but I gave the product to a friend as a gift so I cannot comment on its effectiveness but it’s certainly arrived really quick and was about three times cheaper than anywhere else so I would recommend this product and I will buy it again

Does not taste as bad as I expected but it does coat the mouth and stays for quite some time. I have to take it with a hot drink to avoid this happening. Only used for a couple of days so not sure of any health benefits just yet.
