The product is actually nice, but the customer service is quite literally non existent. I messaged on instagram a month and a half ago, never got a response. Messaged on here after receiving my order to get some information. Still no response. Really disappointing and not the way to retain customers

This gives you the opportunity to taste 4 different – 25-gram packs from our Exciting Range, as well as to try biltong in the Wet form, this is much softer and like eating a rare steak as opposed to a well done one! Once gone wet there’s no going back to the traditional dry chewy stuff!
It’s for the adventurous, as well as those who just do not know which to choose!
Please note that once opened the biltong should be consumed within 2 days (if it lasts that long!).
