Witch, Please!  (Bind you from harm, Banish you from hearth). Banishing Binding Charm Pocket.   A banishing spell is a defensive (not aggressive!) spell to completely remove something from your life forever. It could be a negative person, spirit or entity, a bad situation or your own negative cycles.    This is often confused with a binding spell. This is because there are two types of binding; the type to bind something or someone to you, or the ones that can bind people from doing you harm or from exhibiting certain behaviours, such as bullying or spreading malicious gossip about you. Both binding and banishing spells should not be carried out lightly, as they are mostly permanent, unless you weave in some sort of time-frame or get-out clause in your rituals, or use a reversal spell.    Binding elements ARE incorporated into this spell, but they are non-specific. If you want to bind someone from a certann behaviour that involves a more bespoke approach as there are certain plants and herbs specifically for each purpose (e.g. slander, gossip).   The spell ingredients can also be used in hexes, curses and aggressive spells, but I would advise not to have those intentions in your rituals.   Isn’t it better to practice defence? Think of it as a spell equivalent of a martial art.    Some of the ingredients in this charm are considered highly toxic and dangerous. Therefore I have made the decidion to neutralise them in a drying and burning preparation of these items, see further details in the ingredients list below. These ingredients are NOT for human or animal consumption. If handled, you need to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. If accidentally ingested, you need to seek medical attention.  A charm bag is simply a magick spell inside a bag. A simple way to harness magick into your universe.   The herbs, seeds and plants in this product are carefully hand- selected by myself to be meaningful using traditional folklore around their magickal uses.   Black is the colour of powerful protection as well as associations with banishing (but also hexes, curses and black magic), so the ingredients are enclosed in a black organza bag.  You can make these charm pockets yourself, but in-case you don’t have easy access to the materials you need, or your time is precious, I have created these beautiful charm pockets for you.   You can keep them in your pocket, wear them around your neck, put them next to an object, person or animal or look at the pocket when you want to remind yourself of your intentions, or use them in your own personal ceremony or meditations. Some people choose to burn the ingredients over a black candle. Do this in a well-ventilated area. Do not inhale. You can add jet or black crystals, such as black tourmaline or obsidian, you could use Tigers eye, clear quartz as well.  You could choose to use sigils, the runic symbol Algiz, Nauthiz, Hagalaz and Isa may be useful. Banishing spells should be carried out either on the full moon, or preferably on the last days of the waning moon. Saturdays are good days for banishing spells. I used the name and mantra: 'I Bind you from harm, I Banish you from hearth.' I like alliterations, I always think simple is best and 'hearth' is a name for the centre of your home, but also the word is associated with your heart, so it suggests you are banishing them from your heart as well as your personal space. Asafoetida - a powerful substance for banishing. Basil for protection against evil intent. To bring in love and luck and to drive off negativity.  Bay for protection. You can also write your intentions on bay, or burn it with intention (I usually circle the name of the person I want to bind or banish in black at least once). An alternative is a piece of paper with their name on it folded away from you. Banewort (also called Atropa/Bella Donna/ Deadly nightshade, among other names) for forgetting past loves and providing a punch to the spell. I do not use any part of the plant in my spells as I don't want to risk accidentally poisoning from burning, for instance if the sachet was used in candle rituals (the fumes may be toxic). Therefore this spell contains ashes of the seeds of this plant. I burnt them outside my property (well-ventilated) on a waning moon dyring a banishing ritual. This neutralises any potential harmful effects, but with the magical effect still intact. To reiterate: This product is NOT for human or animal consumption, despite the fact this contains small amounts of this neutralised substance. Bindweed and knotweed to bind unwanted influences or situations: creates protective boundaries, repels negative energies.  Black pepper to ward off negativity, protection and banishing, but also to give a kick to the spell.    Blackthorn for exorcism, warding off evil, and protection. It can be used for creating boundaries, purification, for exorcisms, but also used against others as hexes or curses. Witches sometimes use blackthorn for carving names into candles or pricking poppets. It depends on the intent as to the effect.  Chili flakes to make it feel unpleasant when they try to get into your space, also used as a hexing and banishing substance.    Cayenne – to get them to ‘hot foot’ their way out of your life, a banishing spice, can be used in divorce. Good for spicing up the spell.  Cloves for banishing, protection, exorcism. Curry powder to confuse and repel evil. Frankincence and myrrh – usually used together in spells, in this case for protection and exorcism. Garlic for protection (think: protection from emotional vampires draining your energy). Hemlock to freeze their advances towards you (Hemlock and cow parseley look VERY similar, so my disclaimer here is that even though they have some differences and I have faithfully tried my best, this potion may contain traces of cow parsley). Again, to prevent any harm to yourself, I have burnt these leaves on a waning moon, the ashes added to the mixture, as to neutralise harm to you but also leave the magical intent still intact.  Hawthorn berry for fae protection.  Juniper – for banishing evil and all things injurious to your health.  Mint for protection and clarity of thinking.   Mistletoe for protection from ill will and evil intent.  Nettle for protection, dispelling any darkness and fear you have and to return negative energy to the ones who are dealing it. Removes you from uncomfortable situations, jealousy, pettiness, gossip and envy.    Pine needles for mental clarity and protection against negativity. For a clean break. For protecting your home or inner sanctuary.  Rosemary for protection and reminding yourself about why you are performing this ritual in the first place.  Sage for cleansing and dealing with the grief and loss of having this person removed from your life. No matter how bad, there will be an element of grief.  Salt for purification and protection.  Sandalwood for protection, healing from the assault and exorcising negativity  Vinegar to sour their approaches to you.  Wormwood to bind them and to protect you. Runes. Disclaimer:   As I have stated above, despite the fact I have likely neutralised the elements by burning them thoroughly into ash, this product is not for human or animal consumption. Do not inhale. Seek medical attention if ingested accidentally, give the list above to your medical practitioner.  As products are dried, crushed and hand-made, your product may look slightly different to the one in the picture. The ingredient quantities are not measured precisely, it is simply 'a pinch of this and that', so each spell bag will have their own quirky differences and that is part of their charm. However, they will broadly look like the pictures as advertised.
