Arrived within 2 days. Smells amazing. I tried it first with cold water but I'm not keen so I'll try it with juice next. The good thing about Rheal Superfoods powder is that it can be added to anything... hot/cold water, yogurts, juice. I'm gonna enjoy experimenting with it and get my hormones right

Taste is an easy on the palate - very mild taste of berries and not too overpowering- I would describe the taste as being more an infusion or a hint- a bit like when you add fresh strawberries or cucumber to water that’s the same level of taste you will get - it’s refreshing I had mine with water.

We do not use any preservatives in our blends - just natural superfoods.
