Ridiculous don’t order from here , my parcel got delivered outside my door from evri and got stolen on the street, struggling to get a refund it’s a joke , the brand isn’t doing anything about it ! The email is proof of evri saying it was incorrectly delivered! Don’t order still don’t have my refund

Not happy with the state in which this has arrived. Box completely squashed and open. I know it’s only a sponge but it was going to be part of a gift and now it’s not fit for purpose. I haven’t used the product itself so cannot comment on quality or effectiveness.
