Tog; basically your cosy rating. Higher tog = warmer and cosier.
2.5 Tog = Perfect for all year round. Room temperatures 16-20°C
1.0 Tog = Summer time and day naps. Room temperatures 20-25°C
IMPORTANT! Stop swaddling with arms poppered inside bag as soon as your baby starts to show signs of rolling. Our 3-12 Month bags do not have the additional swaddle popper accordingly.
