My first tub was cracked, they sent me a replacement tub free of charge, I didn’t have to send anything back. And my replacement tub is well packed and no cracks. I am fully satisfied and will be buying more when i finish them. Big thank you 🙏

Product quality：The actual pencils itself are okay they are nice, but the tub it came in was cracked on the left side, I’m assuming in transport because I doubt you’d risk your rep for a crack in the tub. Anyway I’m not fully satisfied with my purchase that’s why I decided to leave a 4 star review.
