Are you off on holiday with your little one? Our Early Years Holiday (Aeroplane) Activity Pack is the perfect companion for your adventure! We have adapted our regular holiday pack to create one for younger children (we had a lot of requests!). It's a great way to keep your little one entertained during the journey. We've build in lots of learning opportunities, including the entire alphabet which is used as a spotting and drawing game.
**This product is an A4 hard copy. The pack is purposefully designed to be used in a landscape orientation so children have space to put it on the aeroplane table.
The pack is made up of simple themed activities, games and prompts that will help children connect with their surroundings, appreciate their experiences and make sure they have plenty to keep them occupied at the airport, on the plane and whilst on holiday. It also includes a simplified version of the planning pages, journal pages, memory pages and reflection pages. We think these features are great for all children, but they were specifically designed to be particularly useful for children who find transitions/changes difficult and benefit from support managing their emotions.

What age is the Early Years Holiday Activity Pack suitable for?
Our age recommendation for this pack is approximately 3-6/7 years. However, we always say that ability is very subjective; what will be right for one child won’t necessarily be right for another of the same age. It may well be suitable for younger or older children depending on their needs and abilities.
The tasks can be completed to your child’s own level. We would expect older/more able children to work mostly independently, in more depth and with the option of extending activities with follow-on tasks and research. Younger children may record responses as pictures rather than words. They may respond verbally and have answers scribed for them or work as part of a team with an adult. Our packs are designed to be accessible to a large age range.
